Australia
We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders
Standard shipping is Free and is sent via Australia Post – Parcel Post.
Express shipping is $10 AUD for all domestic orders and is sent via Australia Post – Express Post.
General Information
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel is on the move. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can happen — especially during busy periods like holidays or due to things outside our control (like extreme weather or carrier issues). We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us at hello@happyfilter.com.au before your order is shipped. Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, we’re unable to make changes or take responsibility for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
