Here's a summary of our shipping policy.

Australia

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders 

Standard shipping is Free and is sent via Australia Post – Parcel Post.
Express shipping is $10 AUD for all domestic orders and is sent via Australia Post – Express Post.

NEW ZEALAND

We now ship to New Zealand

Standard shipping is $16 AUD via Australia Post parcel post.

Subscription orders are shipped for $5 AUD.

Subscribe and save on every refill + reduced shipping.

General Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. 

During busy periods dispatch may take 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays and weather events.
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel looks delayed, please email us and we will help you follow it up with Australia Post.

Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please email hello@happyfilter.com.au as soon as possible.
We can only update addresses before your order has been dispatched.
Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, changes are usually not possible, but we can help you lodge a request where available.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with anyone else at the address first.
If it is still missing, email us and we will help you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non refundable once a parcel has been dispatched.
