Returns Policy

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged email hello@happyfilter.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as possible) with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the issue. We’ll review it quickly and let you know the next steps. If it’s confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or refund it and we will cover return shipping where required. Returns must be sent back in the same condition they were received (unless the issue is a fault found during normal use).

 

Hygiene & Used Product Policy
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been installed, used, or had water run through it.
This applies to shower filters, tap filters, bath filters, and refill cartridges.
Once a product has been used, it can’t be resold, so it is considered non-returnable.


Compatibility & Fitment 
Happy Filter shower filters are designed to fit standard ½ inch shower threads and are compatible with the vast majority of shower arms and hoses worldwide.
In some cases, especially with tight, recessed, or unusual shower setups, an adapter may be required.

Happy Filter tap and bath filters are designed to fit taps with removable aerators and standard thread sizes.
Due to variations in tap and bath spout designs, compatibility is not guaranteed without checking measurements.
We recommend measuring your tap or bath spout, reviewing product images and specifications, and contacting us before purchasing if you’re unsure.
Products are not eligible for return or refund due to incompatibility once purchased.

 

Sale & Promotional Periods
All purchases made during sale or promotional periods are final.
We’re unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or order changes on sale or promotional orders.


Missing Items

We know how important it is to receive your full order on time and in great condition it matters to us, too! If something is missing from your delivery, please email hello@happyfilter.com.au with your order number in the subject line so we can resolve it promptly.
