Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you’ve received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please contact our customer care team at hello@happyfilter.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the subject line and provide details along with clear photos of the issue so we can locate your order quickly and assess the situation.
Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether you’re eligible for a replacement and provide next steps. Please note, items must be returned in original condition—we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please understand we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. We also do not provide a satisfaction guarantee, as individual results may vary depending on skin type and water quality.
Missing Items
